I love Shape Up! bootcamp classes!! Jess and Chris are great motivators and always make the classes challenging and fun at the same time! I am so grateful to have found this studio. The location works well for me to stop by directly after work for the PM sessions and get an amazing work out in before I go home to make dinner. This is a very healthy habit that I have gotten in the routine of and, when I keep it up, I feel great! I am more energetic and I feel strong and confident. I highly recommend this studio.
