I joined the paint club and layer went in to get some paint. I set the old bucket on the counter and went to look for a clerk. Couldn't find anyone in any nearby aisles. I finally went up front to Customer Service and asked for a paint clerk. I went back to Paint and another customer was waiting. We waited and waited. She finally saw a clerk up one of the aisle and asked for help. I said I'd already tried that. Pretty soon a couple of clerks were wandering up and down the aisles, apparently looking for a paint clerk. We waited and waited. I finally grabbed my empty bucket and said I was going to Ace. As I went past Customer Service I pointed out that I was carrying out my own empty paint can and said I was going to Ace. She said that there was someone back there now. Not true! I had just come from there. I went to Ace and they were able to match the paint perfectly. As I've been pointing out to people, it does no good to be in the paint club if you can't get any help. It's often difficult to get help at this store.
