Everyone I've come in contact with is friendly and I've had no issues with the services completed on my jewelry. However, I am not a fan of the pushy sales pitches, and this place seems to always have them. It starts when I walk in the door there, and I receive phone calls and voicemail messages about specials, closed-door sales events, etc. It reminds me of the days of being a Wells Fargo customer. Feel sorry for the staff if they are pushed from above to sell-sell-sell.
