I'm sitting here at Lithia Toyota in Abilene. Have been waiting over an hour to replace a minor part that shouldn't have taken even 30 minutes since I had an appointment and when I got here there was literally only 2 other vehicles in the shop. To keep my 4 kids happy I was playing with them in one of the waiting areas. They were laughing and be fairly quite for a 10 month old, 2, 5 and 9 year old. I don't know about you but I would rather hear a child laugh than cry. So keeping them happy sounded better than expecting them to sit and cry. A salesman came over and dai I need to keep them quite because someone complained. Ya, I don't think so. I looked around and the only 3 other people in our area were either smiling at my kids or didn't even notice them. Thanks for lying sales guy. What a jerk. Sorry I don't have a babysitter. I raise my kids not babysitters. They weren't being bad anyways. I wish I had gotten the jerks name but haven't seen him again. I guess some people just don't like kids and should leave me and my kids alone. I'm still waiting. An hour and a half later. Now I wish I had bought my van at a family friendly dealership that doesn't lie. When I bought my van they told me that I could fit 3 car seats across the back seat I. A Sienna. Ya right. I guess that should have been a good indication that the customer service would be terrible. I can't even fit a third person not in car seat in the middle of 2 car seats in that small back seat. If you have a large family, like 4+ kids, don't bother going to this dealership. They aren't kid friendly or helpful when it comes to looking for the right vehicle. They didn't care about what I needed only what junk they got in stock. They could have looked for something that would better suit our needs but instead just sold us sozmething that does not work best.

Its now been 2 hours later. Dont know why i couldnt reply to your question but I just now got my van back. I was going to say that the guy had a beard but I looked around and so does almost every other guy working here. He is still working I'm sure since it just happened an hour ago. Why don't you call them and have them ask who did it? I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to find out who.
