I ate there with a special woman on our first date on 6-15-18. I ordered the "Snake River Ribeye steak" for a modest $54. Having spent two years as a meat cutter for Harris Ranch I'm very familiar with the various cuts of beef, so I was blown away when Chris (the waiter) delivered a slice of tough rump roast. I brought this to his attention, and he stated " well this is a unique cut called a ribeye that was made famous in New York". I paid but left no tip, as I was clearly ripped off. Can I sell an old Toyota Carolla and call it a Porsche because some guy somewhere made it famous by delivering a sub standard product that's named after a quality one? No, in fact I believe the term for that is fraud.
