Straight forward, helpful and honest. I spent a month interacting with 7 different Toyota dealerships in the east bay to work out a good deal on a new car. Jim and Anne were responsive helpful and completely counter to the stereotype of a slick car salesman. They made the process much more tractable and set the bar by which I measured other sales staff.
