I had the good fortune to work with Jing Lau on a recent Saturday. I intended to trade in a 5yr old SUV for a new hi tech model. Jing listened to my needs and provided invaluable expertise to help me make the best purchase to suit my needs. On the following Monday afternoon, 48 hrs later, I drove away in a fantastic new vehicle. I couldn't be more impressed by the courtesy and professionalism at this dealership - with particular thanks to Jing Lau for his help on the sales side and Jeff Tucker, who expedited the finance side of the exchange.
