I booked the room for our wedding night well in advance. I called the hotel a few weeks before a requested early check in if possible (3pm instead of 4pm, since our wedding started at 5). I was told a note was made on our file and this was no problem at all. My husband arrived to check in and was told he couldn't check in, nor could he park our car there. He finally got them to agree to let us park the car there, but we didn't get back until 2am to check in and then we had to go down to the car in my wedding dress and his tux to retrieve our bags. The room was beautiful and very clean, but service could have been much better.
