Midland international Air & Space Airport does an excelent job at handling the Manny visitors the city gets lately driven by the Permian oil and gas boom.

While small, the airport manages to pack a couple of sit down restaurants and several small consesion stands lides with snacks, electronics, and other travel essentials.

I've heard horror stories about the rental car service, but have yet to experience it.
