Travis Cheesman was marvelous! But I'm disappointed that I didn't get 1000 for the trade in car so that's why I gave this review 5 stars! ;) Travis was patient and kind he apologized a million times because it took 3 hours till we walked out with my new car, but that's okay they were super busy. I'm glad I got a good deal with my basically new 2013 Honda civic, it was in fantastic condition and only had 2300 miles! I'm still sad I was not able to get the ILX I wanted but I'll definitely come back in like 5 years if you guys end up getting a different ILX that doesn't have scratches from fake nails. :) Thank you a bunch!
