The information provided was just what I wanted but the problem I found was that after 3 attempts at contacting his current landlord no other attempt to contact him was attempted until I called and spoke to them. The representative said that was their policy. The problem is if the prospective tenant gives false contact information them how will you get feedback from a current landlord which I believe is vital when screening
