HORRIBLE! Billing services there are rude. The billing manager, Audrey, is not qualified for the position, stressed out, and disrespectful to well paying clients. The communication at the Sports Club is lacking and I have just about had it. Oh Wait Though . . . I can't leave though because I am locked into an outrageous contract. Guess I will just have to endure the smelly track, sweaty mats, and horrendous customer service. Save your money: run outside, get some weights inside, and work out with friends in your basement. It will be a better experience and you can spend your money better things
