Today my husband and I went to purchase another iPhone in the Middletown NJ location. I was a customer of the old All Page, Phil was amazing! Today while waiting since they only had one person working, I was sitting in the front directly by the window about 18-20 ft away from the employee and customer, my husband was standing in front of me while we were speaking. I needed to pull down my mask for a second to catch my breath, I have asthma. The man working said Ma am you need to put your mask on. I said ok & pulled my mask back over my nose he then proceeded to start getting nasty with me for no reason and saying to me do you have a problem? I said excuse me? No I said ok, he continued to verbally assault me by saying well you seem to have a look, a look because I said ok? He Continued to harass me, my husband said your yelling at her for saying ok? My wife had it down below her nose for one second and your harassing her for saying ok. My husband said let s go we will go somewhere else and then the man said don t ever come back again while still yelling at me! Well Russell Verizon should teach their employees not to attack anyone the way I was verbally attacked today. That was completely uncalled for! All because I said ok. Tomorrow I will be calling management and Verizon directly to file a complaint against the store employee. We went to the Verizon store in Hazlet and had a great experience there. Sad Phil sold out to such a horrific company. This isn t the first time they had issues. If I could give them no stars I would.

Sold me a phone 8 weeks ago that is NOT compatible to service in our area. Can't make a call off any of the towers. My old phone worked great, but I shattered the screen. After many hours calling Verizon and visits another new phone $600 and still doesn't work. Called the Russell Verizon Guy and he said sorry maam, I said what? He said what else should I call you?

I would give zero stars if I could. My mother in law went into a location to get the number for the insurance. The manager Mario of the Espanola, NM location told her he could get her a new phone for the same exact cost, that she would have to pay nothing after she paid on that day. It was all a lie. After she left the store and the bill has come, there are payments for her phone now. I was on the phone with her when she was dealing with the manager and I heard him tell her there would be no extra cost after what she paid at the store that day. He also said Verizon would refund the upgrade fee, which they did not. This guy totally lied to my mother in law. Once I saw the bill I called the store and spoke to the manger and he told me that it is too late, then he told me he would call back and he never did. I had to call the headquarters to get the number of the district manager, Juan, who, surprise surprise, is friends with the previously mentioned manager and told me he is sure that is not what happened, so basically calling me and my mother in law liars. He also proceeded to tell me that if she is old and doesn't understand then she shouldn't be allowed to go into these stores!!! Are you kidding??? Blaming her??? Also, I was on the phone and I heard the manger say it would not cost anything more than what she was paying in store. I will never go into a Russel Cellular again. I have had Verizon service for over fifteen years, I pay for five lines, and I am considering changing over to T-Mobile because of this experience.
