First time here for me, second time for my husband. We waited about 40 minutes after ordering to get our food and my waffle was soggy from the soggy, once frozen strawberries that were sitting in the middle of it. He ran out of water during our wait and no one checked on us and he never got a refill. The one older waitress seemed flustered or stressed and wasn't very nice to the younger girls working there. The overall atmosphere was nice otherwise.
