I usually do not leave reviews but this one deserved all 5 Stars. The experience and overall customer service I received from Mercedes- Benz Manhattan was incomparable. I was greeted every single time I walked into a new part of the dealership and truly felt at home. I was ending a lease from a different company and needed a great deal to get me into my new car. Kim, was the wonderful sales person that assisted me from the selection of the car, to the features and of course the deal. He listened, offered advice and never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. (As you know several dealerships hassle you, cold call you or pressure you Into a car) at Mercedes Benz Manhattan they made every second simple, interactive and easy going. They are also available for YOU the client and accessible through texts and calls. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service, deals and 100% customer satisfaction!! Stop wasting your time going to 3-4 dealers and make this your home like I did. (I was not paid for this review, I just had a great experience that I wanted to share)
