I have been here several times after clearing eLitmus test back in 2015 as a fresher and now as an experienced Developer for job interviews. I had a mixed experience here. I have never been offered a job through Elitmus, it might be due to my shortcomings but sometimes it feels that the procedure is not transparent. I have felt that some companies organise drive through Elitmus but doesn't hire anyone.

I remember interviewing for a company named yTree as a fresher. I were the second last candidate standing and was told to leave but I dont think anyone was hired in that drive out of more than 200 candidates.

Again I was shortlisted for interview for Manhattan Associates as an experienced candidate. First round was online coding test in which I did well(all the test cases had passed and everything). I even received a call after the coding test to schedule onsite interview as I had cleared coding round but after that they didn't schedule it and when I enquired I was told that it has been cancelled. Felt very bad about it. If they can tell candidate what is the actual result instead of giving vague statements like "We'll get back to you or something" it'll be less traumatic for us.
