I ve been going to AIM for years and seeing Amber. She is really second to none. When I mentioned pain I was having when running she suggested seeing Dr. Jamieson, so I did. He set me up with a pair of orthotics that changed my life. Whenever I would run, I would get feet and Achilles pain after about 3km, and would not be able to run more than 5km due to the pain. After getting my orthotics, I was able to run 10km the very first time out. No pain at all. I ve Been living with this pain for years and now I can start doing something I Really enjoy again.
