I had a German bread machine for years, excellent value for money. Never a problem, until the 14th year. Rather than opens it repaired I bought a De Longhi, to support the Italian market. I made a bad purchase. After just over a year, the basket began to lose the non-stick layer at the kneading blade, which is known to be carcinogenic. The company has never given me an adequate answer to my questions. I had to buy a new basket. They gave me one that is slightly different in size from the first and does not fit in. The company does not change it. The technician said that it is normal and has changed manually, by forcing the hooks, with the result that the drum jumps out of the car during the dough. In summary, it is two months since the machine was under repair, without knowing when and with what results it will be returned to me. De Longi is a company (in terms of my experience), which does not recognize its responsibilities. My judgment is bad!
