I made the best decision to use AmeriServ Garage Doors & Openers! My garage door spring broke and was unable to open the garage door. Bob, the owner, answered the phone, actively listened to my problem. He said to me, "I am right down the street from you". "I will be there in 10 minutes to see what I can do for you." He was able to replace the spring right there on the spot. In less than one hour, I was able to move on with my day! I had Bob come back to upgrade to a belt drive with battery back-up to reduce the loud noise from the old box. He came back when he said he would do so and was timely and efficient. Bob is professional, honest and quick to resolve the problem. He wants to exceed the customer's expectations! I recommend you give Bob a call. You won't regret it!
