The course is in really great shape. It's very fair but challenging with a variety of holes. Conditions are terrific. The greens are firmer and faster than normal thanks to the warmer and drier weather we've had. But they roll true and they are not on Fair. All in all Richter is a terrific course and a great value for the price.
