I contacted The Therapy Company a year ago for help with a client. Communication has been poor. Emails, phone calls and letters have not been replied to. I always had to chase them up. Eventually they asked for a referral from the GP, which was obtained. I even went to the trouble of posting the referral and a statement through their door. 7 months down the line and still nothing. We have has to go elsewhere to source effective and prompt treatment.
