I cannot give it 5 stars since I am still alive and can not have a total account of the services; however,the professionalism of Sophie and the format of the program is very comforting. I can hardly wait to pass, and then we'll determine if you get your fifth star. I'll let my kids decide. But I'm sure you will. Thanks for making dying and the aftermath so simple and appealing.
