I am so very grateful to have found Dr Millet. He has such an amazing team, especially Amanda, Jason, Brooke and Burak who all had an impact on my Steadman process and recovery. I have never witnessed such care and compassion from an entire team, starting from the first phone call to the day I departed Vail.

Dr Millett, is such an amazing surgeon! He has a magical philosophy, starting PT the day after surgery to help keep you from getting scar tissue build up and adhesions which makes the healing process take so much longer and is much more painful. He is the world s best surgeon of repairing shoulders, besides being kind and humble along with having an amazing bedside manner. Because of the above, I might even elect to have the surgery on my right shoulder before it becomes a full tear! After experiencing Dr Millett and his team, I can truly say, he is the "real deal" and every medical school should use him as a role model for emerging doctors.
