I am a computer engineer and I did my equipment maintenance at computer Mercier. Unfortunately, I had some bad experiences that made me no longer one of their clients. There is definitely a problem with the administration / customer service. I have, among other things, billing issues that have not resolved after several weeks and many calls to explain a situation very simple. Bad listening, messages that are not transmitted to the right people. Bad experiences ... I do not give 1 star because the technical team seems competent.
