This has been the worst experience. They have been so unorganized, you would think this was their first mortgage. After being told we were preapproved, we put money down to build a house. We watched it be built, our kids picked thier rooms, we've been beyond excited. When it came 30 days to being complete we notified Nexa. They started the process. After several weeks they come back and tell us they cant do it unless we come up with$27k. We scramble and make it work. Every week they tell us we're good and set dates, just to come back and tell us they need something else. It's been one thing after another. They have very little communication and leave you in the dark assuming things are going well. After reading reviews, this seems to be a common issue for them. Don't waste your time and money with them, go anywhere else.
