After five dogs and 22 years I m very disappointed...

After five dogs and 22 years I m very disappointed at how they handled the last visit. Called to my dog scheduled for surgery. But I was never informed that they were backed up for three months. I scheduled a wellness visit and left without an appointment. After over a week of trying to reach the person who schedules surgeries and then the manager with much difficulty. I was advised their was nothing they could do. So I wasted my time and a visit without having a surgery scheduled. I explained myself several times event times the doctor of our situation, but nobody ever advised us of the backlog. I believe it s their obligation to advise their patrons if they are experiencing a backlog of surgeries. I very surprised at the attitude of the manager response with no attempt to at least meet us half way or resolve this issues. So after 22 years we are moving on and I ve filed suit in small claims court.
We really enjoyed our years of patronage.
