I bought a trip for 4 people to Riviera Maya with a promotion of a bonus of 100 euros to use in transfers. During the reservation is not specified correctly when you have to use the voucher, so I booked the trip thinking that I could use it at a later stage. What is my surprise, that by asking directly to logitravel what happens with my bonus, they tell me that I had to use it during the reservation and that nothing can be done. I have sent several emails and I always get the same negative. It seems amazing to me that even if you have spent almost 5,000 euros, you are not able to assume your error (during the booking you are not correctly indicated that you make use of the bonus) and allow me to use the 100 euro voucher for hotel-airport transfers. Unfortunate experience.
