I had the displeasure of dealing with there service department. I went to get tire replaced and within a week later the tire was flat. I was on the road so I wasn't within the 50 miles for the towing service. After speaking with the dealer I was told the warranty is honored for one year. After taking it to another BMW dealership within the 50 miles of the tow, I was informed the warranty is not going to be honored. This will be the last time I deal with the BMW of Sterling and the service department.
