Very bad experience. While talking to the agent at the store, he said he is giving us a brand new piece from back store.But, he tried to cheat us selling the floor piece. Be cautious with such cheaters. He was hiding the fact that he is giving us the floor peice and trying to pack the same product without our knowledge.By the way I'm not a new customer .I was a returning customer and always referred Cloud 9 to others. Now I'm scared if others were also cheated the same way.i was lucky enough to catch him.
