Went there for an interview, They took xerox copie...

Went there for an interview, They took xerox copies of my documents along with my bank details. Told me that they will contact me in 1.5-2 weeks. Well its been 3 months since no response, when i call them they will say that they will call back in an hour or so. The girl in the front desk is also very unprofessional also busy on phone. Poor service.
