The outside of the hotel is very unassuming. First impression is not a hotel of fancy opulence. Inside the lobby however and in your room is very nice quality. The front desk employees are friendly and helpful and will get a cab for you within minutes if needed. The bar is open and elegant with an excellent attendant.
The breakfast was delicious with a variety of egg, beans, cheeses, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, bagels/toast and delicious croissants. They prepared delicious cappuccino at request. Good brew coffee and juices.
Our room was a double-twin with a window facing the alley but cute Italian apartments lined the view.
The beds were a little too firm but the linens were soft and clean. Bathroom had ample room and decorated well. Very clean. We purchased our vacation package from Costco and we were very satisfied with these accomodations. The location is close enough to walk to the famous sites and quiet enough to get away from the city/tourist noises. Loved it!

Tip: Download the "itTaxi" app. It uses the Uber interface and is easier to get a cab back to your hotel late at night instead of trying to flag one down. Most taxis will drive past you because they are on route to pick up someone using the "itTaxi" app!
