We users just have to pay. Faced with a bill of over 3000, x the supply of electricity to an apartment of 50 square meters, where only an elderly lady lives, I was answered at the counter, that they could only pay the amount in installments! The complaints office is not open to the public. Besides all the meter is broken and maybe they will replace it at the end of the year ... in 5 months!
