I have been using Thermo-Essence Technologies' products for a few months now and I must say they are pretty good. The quality is decent and the prices are reasonable. However, I have had some issues with their customer service. It takes quite a long time to get a response from them and sometimes they are not very helpful. Overall, I would rate them 3.5 stars.
