I have mixed feelings about Foothill Entertainment...

I have mixed feelings about Foothill Entertainment. While I appreciate the variety of products they offer, I have had some negative experiences with their customer service. There were instances where my inquiries were not handled promptly or effectively. However, when things did go smoothly, the quality of their products was great. It's just unfortunate that their customer service doesn't always match up.
