Good facilities. Had a problem with check in. They...

Good facilities. Had a problem with check in. They said room will be available by 12pm and will call if ready. But they did not call me back. Likewise confusing advertisement on UAE resident. The package says dinner at selected restaurants but upon inquiring in the reception they say its not included and its just for information purposes.
