I am horrified by my friend's experience with a hi...

I am horrified by my friend's experience with a hip replacement at ORMC. From the disgusting waiting room before surgery to Pre Op, and Post Op then getting admitted into a DIRTY room with DRIED blood on the floor. There was a banner across the door stating 'THIS ROOM HAS BEEN CLEANED WITH CARE' or something like that. Language barriers with staff, no organization. It was just awful. He still has 2 more nights before being discharged.
