Very frustrating. I am replacing two matching windows because one is rotted. They replaced the un-rotted one and then said the rotted one (the one that was the reason for the project) needed a contractor to fix. I showed both people who came to bid the job the rot and they said it was no problem. Now I m stuck with a rotted window; a new expensive window that didn t need to be replaced, and a project manager who keeps having to ask someone else about what happens next because she doesn t have the authority. Aargh.
