If you have to call for multiple reasons their phone system sucks, it hang up on you rather than asking for other options. That's fairly terrible design. Otherwise it's just a courthouse like any other, and at least you can pay most tickets online or in the mail so even if you're crazy and want to get into a fight with the clerk you still might have a decent time since you don't have to go in.
