Nauticon, and specifically Behrooz--aka Bruce-- our office technican, saved the day when our Toshiba e-Studio broke. We had a huge print job that was in danger of getting canceled, and Bruce came bright and early in the morning, immediately diagnosed and explained how he would repair the problem. He drove hours to get replacement parts and supplies and installed them the same day. He was prompt, efficient, courteous and kind. He even gave me a brief history lesson! I highly recommend Nauticon, and I commend their commitment to customer service.
