I have been extremely impressed with the service representatives commitment to find the best tutor for our particular situation. They took the time to get all the informational needs and had a tutor within a couple of days. While the first tutor wasn't a good match for us there was no hesitation in honoring their commitment of not paying for that appointment and began immediately finding another tutor. The second tutor turned out to be beyond perfect not only academically be personally. She is an amazing woman. I highly recommend using Varsity for any and all tutoring needs. They have been an amazing company to work with and I am grateful that they found the best tutor ever for us!
