I completed the Personal Training Specialist course with Tammy Slauenwhite using an online zoom platform. I read the book before I took the course and was completely overwhelmed by the amount of information to learn. Tammy presented the information in a concise and concrete manner that helped make the information easier to understand, she provided examples and scenarios that broke everything down made the information relatable. Tammy has such vast knowledge and experience that she was able to pull from to guide us through the exercises and discussions. She has a very positive enthusiastic teaching style that helped make the learning fun and enjoyable. The days were full of a lot of information and she kept a good pace and mixture of teaching and practice. I look forward to the opportunity to take more courses with Tammy.
