Disappointed in customer service. I mostly buy there printers and they have worked well for me. Lately when I have warranty issues it seems they will do anything to make the customer pay by avoiding to have to use the warranty.
If they made changes in the warranty process, they would be a good option. Now I am skeptical considering that they are quite poor on customer service.
