Went to pick up a 5th wheel we "thought" we purchased at the RV Super show in January. To our dismay we did not receive what we ordered. The staff seemed too busy to give us the "star" treatment that others where getting around us. They seemed annoyed and too busy to address our concerns. When we asked questions we where scolded and belittled. This would've been our 2nd 5th wheel purchase. As we are familiar with what proper customer service should look like. They did not reach the bar at any caliber.
