Awful experience with this company. Back in 2014 they claimed that a warehouse collapse caused all of the customer service problems.. Fast forward to 2015 and still so many awful reviews--this year there's no warehouse collapse to blame it on.

In my case, I ordered 3 Christmas trees on Nov 28, 2015. I got an email two days later than the trees had shipped. By Dec 18, no trees had arrived. I contacted them, and they told me it has now shipped.. except it's not going to arrive until Dec 28... so much for that.

To add further insult, when the package finally arrives, it has exactly 1 tree of the 3 I ordered. So, not only did my order arrive after Christmas, it was incomplete, and I have to now pay $40 to ship it back to them.

It's now Jan 25, and they never even bothered to ship the other two trees.

Stay FAR, FAR AWAY from this company!!
