I like the close treatment of employees and replenishers, I see them constantly solve many problems. I also say that they always have a lot of trouble and that the bad thing for the customer is that Ikea decides that its sales strategy is to put a maze on you. if you go to something specific you have to go through everything and that is tedious and takes too long. It is what ikea intends, I suppose, but that strategy sometimes becomes unpleasant.
