I was fully pleased with my experience. I truly felt they were there to help me get the best deal possible and not rip me off. I initially passed on the extra 5 year protection plan they offer because it raised my monthly payment more than I was comfortable with. My salesperson, Muheed, and the manager Paul insisted I get it to protect my car. They did everything they could and ended up getting the original interest rate I was pre-approved for drastically decreased so that I was able to keep a monthly payment I was comfortable with while getting that 5 year plan without adding a bunch of years to my payment term.
