They came pretty quickly however I was running late for work after I stopped for an dog that got hit. When I called to check where the driver was the secretary immediately called him and gave me an ETA. When the animal tech got there not only was he professional bit sensitive to my emotions since the dog ended up passing away at the scene. It was a horrible experience but they helped make it easier
