The food is good, the prices are affordable, and the service is good as well. Where this place falls flat on its face is at the front door. The girls take shifts working at the front reception. This is the problem. Many of these young girls couldn't organise a line from shortest to tallest. They are dangerously unqualified for organizing the seating. I came with a party of seven and even though I called unsuccessfully to reserve a table multiple times, was told we'd have to wait 30 minutes for a table, even though we were "3rd in line" and there were 5 booths open! I watched these two dummys seat groups of 2 and 3 in booths designed to hold 8 people, while smaller booths are empty! After a half hour I asked again, and the girl informs me it'll be another half hour because other people called in to reserve tables while we were waiting! What!?!?

This is like the 5th time this has happened, and we're regulars.

Don't get me wrong, as I said the food is good, the staff are friendly and mostly attentive, I just don't recommend going at peak hours.
