We stayed there in August of 2018 and 2 minutes before we reached the hotel, someone called us from the hotel saying that they cancelled our reservation. When we got there, we spoke to the manager named Humberto. He was very nice and took care of us right away. He gave us a room that was very accomodating to my family and he was genuinely concerned about the situation. He was very professional and the hotel should keep him on board because he exemplifies what a great manager should be about. Also the day we left, our flight was cancelled until the next day, and we called the hotel to get a room and he immediately took care of us. Because of Humberto, we will stay at this hotel next year.
