The woman at the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE to the point where she hung up on my son who this was his first time as an adult booking a hotel room. He had the woman as his first experience on how horrible customer service can be in the hospitality industry. I immediately CANCELLED my son's booking from this place as I was DISGUSTED as a parent. I will not support any business with my hard earned dollars that would dare treat a new customer the way that this woman treated my son. To say that this front desk woman was rude is charitable at best. If I could give this place a DOUBLE NEGATIVE review...I most certainly would!
